Axel loves Lovie's lemon tree!
Lovie is Axel's grandmother-name for my mom. She lives in Louisiana and has a big lemon tree in her backyard which was in full bloom while we were visiting her this past December. And yes, it was warm enough for short sleeves and backyard frolicks :). My younger brother Will, or simply "Uncle" as Axel calls him, showed Axel how to pick the lemons. You actually have to pull realllly hard to get them off of the tree. Axel wanted to pick every lemon...and then put them back on the tree, haha. He also tried to eat the lemons like an apple, peel and all. Whatever floats your boat, boo. It's your world, never stop exploring it.
